Job Summary: The National Director of Visual Merchandising (NDVM) will oversee the development and execution of the visual merchandising strategy for Jeeter's product lines. This role is crucial in ensuring that all digital and in-store visuals align with our brand's identity, enhance customer engagement, and optimize sales. The NDVM will work closely with the marketing, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of visual merchandising at all touchpoints, from concept to execution.


Key Responsibilities:

Visual Strategy Development:

  • Develop and lead the visual merchandising strategy across all retail and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and marketing goals.

Alignment with Procurement and Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the sourcing of high-quality merchandising materials.
  • Ensure all marketing visuals and point-of-purchase displays are produced on time and meet brand standards.

Travel & On-Site Execution:

  • Travel up to 50% of the time to oversee visual merchandising implementation and ensure consistent execution across all locations.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze the impact of visual merchandising on store performance, using data-driven insights to make adjustments that improve customer engagement and sales.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate visual merchandising plans into promotional campaigns and product launches.

Vendor & Budget Management:

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring the timely procurement of marketing and merchandising goods while maintaining budget control.

Trend Analysis:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in CPG/FMCG, and apply innovative merchandising techniques to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of visual merchandisers, ensuring optimal performance and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the CPG or FMCG sectors.

Vendor & Budget Management:

  • Proven experience managing budgets and working with vendors to align marketing goods with visual merchandising needs.

Skills:

  • Excellent design sensibility, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work in CPG or FMCG.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with performance monitoring, data analysis, and using insights to drive improvements.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing demands.
