Job Summary: The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, oversees the financial analysis team, playing a key role in strategic decision-making and financial planning. This position involves managing financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting processes to support organizational goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information.
• Conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior management.
• Provide insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in financial software and Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles and regulations.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Previous managerial experience is preferred.
