Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Help to deploy Salesforce in new markets.
• Create and maintain documentation of our Salesforce solution.
• Support the rollout of SPIFF for our instance of Salesforce.
• Work with our Accounts Receivable department to integrate an AR solution in Salesforce.
• Build and integrate a solution on Salesforce for our Marketing team.
• Create detailed reporting in Salesforce for our business users.
• Integrate Salesforce with our Azure Datalake.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems solutions.
• Work with our ERP team to develop new ways to integrate and solve business needs.

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Highly skilled in providing Salesforce solutions.
• Should be able to collaborate and work seamlessly with both systems and the various business units.
• Highly skilled in Apex and Lightning.
• Proficiency in SOQL & SOSL.
• Strong knowledge in HTML, CSS and Javascript.
• Have a high degree of understanding API integrations.
• Should possess an understanding of Accounting, Marketing and Sales functions in the cannabis or CPG space, CPG cloud experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Azure environment and Datalake technology.
• Ability to work and gather requirements independently.
• Create detailed documentation of new and existing functionality.
• Proficient in the building of highly detailed and useful Salesforce reports.
• Above average knowledge of Business Central 365 or similar ERP systems.
• Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong Microsoft Suite skills.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience developing in the Salesforce environment.
• 3+ years in a Cannabis or CPG company is highly desired.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing or Accounting a plus.
• Salesforce certifications a plus.
