Job Summary:

The Bulk Coordinator, reporting to the Bulk Cannabis Specialist, plays a crucial role in the management and distribution of cannabis materials. This position involves meticulous inventory management and efficient coordination in the preparation and tracking of orders for cannabis infusions

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Accurately tracks and manages cannabis materials, ensuring quality standards.
• Assists in verifying batch records from the Production department.
• Aids in determining the required cannabis materials for Production, ensuring proper allocation of materials.
• Supports in generating cannabis infusion orders in our ERP system.
• Assists in reconciling inventory between ERP and Metrc systems.
• Helps coordinate pickups and deliveries with vendors and the Distribution Team.
• Collaborates with the Compliance team to maintain accurate and up-to-date METRC inventory.
• Supports in reviewing COAs for tested materials with the Compliance department, ensuring only high-quality materials are utilized.
• Assists in forecasting inventory needs based on the production schedule and works with the Procurement department to maintain production continuity.
• Supports the Bulk Cannabis Specialist in leading and fostering teamwork to meet organizational goals.
• Facilitates effective communication and data integration between Production and Accounting departments for accurate tracking and accounting of materials.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
