Job Summary: The National Human Resources Manager will be responsible for ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance in employee relations processes across all DreamFields locations. This role is tactical in nature, focusing on optimizing HR processes, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The National Human Resources Manager will report on key HR performance indicators (KPIs), support HR teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee relations and engagement at a national level.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization & Standardization: Streamline and enhance HR processes across all locations to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently nationwide and aligned with best practices.
  • Employee Relations Management: Provide guidance and support in handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Monitor adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations, working closely with legal and HR teams to mitigate risks.
  • KPI Reporting & Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HR data to track trends, measure effectiveness, and provide key insights to senior leadership.
  • Support HR Teams: Act as a resource and advisor for HR teams, providing best practices, training, and support to ensure consistent HR practices nationwide.
  • Training & Development: Oversee and coordinate training programs for managers and employees related to HR policies, compliance, and employee relations best practices.
  • Investigations & Corrective Action: Lead and support investigations related to employee concerns, workplace issues, and policy violations, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, workplace culture, and HR operational effectiveness.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements across multiple states.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and case management software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR management experience, with a focus on employee relations and process improvement.
  • Experience managing HR processes across multiple locations or regions preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel as needed to support HR functions across multiple locations.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid or remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with HR leadership and teams.
