Schedule: Monday through Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm with the occasional Friday during busy times like EOM.

Job Summary:

The Fulfillment Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing of inventory and the fulfillment of dispensary orders. This position is responsible for accurately locating, retrieving, inspecting, and packing merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory levels and ensuring timely order processing. The Fulfillment Coordinator works closely with the Fulfillment Supervisor to ensure all orders are fulfilled promptly and meet quality standards, supporting the overall success of the fulfillment operation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Locate and retrieve merchandise from shelves and storage areas.
  • Verify that merchandise information matches the work order.
  • Inspect merchandise for damage, flaws, or irregularities.
  • Pack merchandise securely for delivery.
  • Transport packed items to the delivery truck staging area.
  • Finalize work orders and update the database accordingly.
  • Receive merchandise and fulfill orders promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues.
  • Assist with inventory audits as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Strong communication skills for professional interaction with line supervisors, managers, and dispensary customers.
  • Proficiency in computer use, including MS Office (preferred).
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to efficiently follow instructions and complete tasks.
  • Basic understanding of state marijuana laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Experience in inventory management and/or fulfillment, including pulling orders for shipment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Comfortable working in industrial environments with exposure to noise, dust, heat, cold, and other manufacturing conditions.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Must be physically capable of sitting or standing for long periods or entire shifts.
  • Must be capable of repetitive motion using hands and arms.
  • Must have full use of arms, hands, and fingers for fine manipulation of cannabis, making boxes, and applying compliance stickers.

Work Schedule (Non-Exempt):

This position is scheduled on a full-time basis. Specific shift times and workdays are determined by the operation and may vary by location. Business needs may require work on evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as occasional overtime. Scheduled start and end times, assigned shifts, and workdays are subject to change based on staffing and operational requirements. Whenever feasible, advance notice of schedule changes will be provided.
